- Must have an Active MT state license
- Clean Malpractice preferred for a quick turnaround with credentialing.
- Looking for a provider to have available for the open dates listed and 1 week a month ongoing
- Board certified in Critical Care Medicine; residency trained but not board certified within 3 years of residency
- Internal medicine, critical care intensivist, consultation only
- Dialysis catheter placement, diagnostic and therapeutic taps - lumbar puncture, paracentesis
- 24/7 call with minimum 4 hours patient rounding
- ACLS required
