This position is located in Gardners, Pennsylvania.

This position will report to and is under the supervision of the Keystone Agricultural Worker Program (AWP) Medical Director. The RN/LPN will perform in accordance with professional standards in a Primary Care setting and within Keystone AWP protocols.

This position is a full-time position.


Qualifications: Must have a current PA RN/LPN License and CPR Card. Bilingual English/Spanish is a preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to: Visiting farms, labor camps, homes, and outreach events to provide health care needs.

Attends clinic nights (2x a week), rooms patients, performs point of care tests, draws blood, administers vaccines, signs out medications, assists with procedures, and cleans rooms and equipment.
