    Client Details

    Our client is a well-established General Contractor specializing in high-end commercial projects in the Greater Phoenix area. The company has achieved steady growth with a continuous pipeline of projects - winning awards year after year.

    Description

    • Provide planning, design and construction services for municipal infrastructure projects
    • Ensure tasks will be completed on time and within budget
    • Practice collaborative research with fellow team members
    • Interpret local building/zoning codes, ordinances, design manuals and review plans
    • Provide construction observation services on roadway, water, sewer and drainage improvement projects
    • Draft correspondence, reports and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders

    Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science/ Management preferred
    • College degree and experience in commercial construction working for a GC
    • Proven track record of effective people management
    • High attention to detail regarding project organization
    • Career oriented individual who wants to progress further in their career and take on additional responsibility
    • Proficient use of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook , etc..)
