    Job Description:
    Partnering with sales, finance, and operations department to ensure 100%

    customer satisfaction, supporting a geographical Regional Account Executive team.


    Essential Job Duties:
    Partners with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Video Central Station) to design and implement video monitoring solutions that meet the client's needs
    Muti- tasking is vital, must be able to resolve and remediate customers issues in a timely manner.
    Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for ECAMSECURE and its services throughout the marketplace
    Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with all ECAMSECURE solutions.
    Support trade shows, networking, appointment setting, industry associations, referrals, and other lead generation techniques
    Write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate ECAMSECURE value proposition meeting assigned matrix.
    Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity
    Coordinate client services with key company personnel, including Operations, and Finance.
    RFP management
    COI management
