- Providing a safe, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Facilitation of programming and transporting of guests.
- Facilitation of Southall programming with an emphasis on safety, experiential education, and unique experiences.
- Inspection and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and locations of programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience teaching or facilitating experiential programming.
- Previous hospitality and customer service experience
- A deep appreciation for nature and service
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification within 30 days of starting date.
- Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays
- Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods as needed and able to work in all weather conditions
- This position spends the majority of the day outdoors and moving throughout the property

Southall Farm and Inn is a premier destination bringing nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way. Southall Staff will serve guests through the facilitation of guest-tailored outdoor programming and transporting guests around Southall property. Programs include Aerial Adventure Course, Guided Hikes, Mountain Biking, Archery, Axe Throwing, Fishing, Canoeing, and more. Southall Staff aim to provide a 5-star level experience in all aspects of their interactions with guests.
