Position Responsibilities:

Oversee and administer testing and labeling compliance initiatives with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure adherence to product safety and quality standards.

Formulate and implement a thorough global product compliance strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and principles.
Monitor regulatory and standard alterations, and adeptly relay these updates to internal stakeholders.

Keep abreast of pertinent international regulations, standards, and industry best practices to maintain the currency and effectiveness of our client's product labeling and testing compliance procedures.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, encompassing design, development, sourcing, production, and legal, to embed compliance requirements throughout the product development journey.

Take the lead in identifying, interpreting, and evaluating global product compliance regulations, covering safety, quality, labeling, chemical limitations, restricted substances, and environmental standards.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Has 10 or more years of product compliance management expereince in the retail and apparel industry.
Expereince focused on the global level prefered.
Strong knowledge of international product and packaging regulations, standards, testing protocols, material characteristics construction techniques and production processes.

Knowledge of industry testing methods/Standards (SATRA, ISO, AATCC, ASTM, etc.).Has the abality to work and adapt in an fast evolving work environment.
