Assist and support the Senior Campus Manager in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment for administrators faculty staff students and visitors of HCCS. Coordinate supervise directly or through appropriate personnel all campus activities as required assist the Maintenance Supervisor with coordination of maintenance activities establish maintain a positive learning environment for administrators faculty staff students site safety officer coordinating ongoing training Director Safety coordinate security issues on-site security personnel maximize classroom utilization instructional staff assist student services activities campus Dean Student Success assist coordinate student service disciplinary cases needed provide oversight cashiering functions shipping receiving inventory control mail services supervise evaluate Campus Managers staff established college policies procedures report coordinate maintenance activities cooperation Maintenance Supervisor provide on-site supervision housekeeping room set-up needed coordinate add moves furniture equipment location assist College Operations Officer preparation departmental budget.
