- Assist with the structural design and engineering aspects of utility-scale solar projects
- This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, solar engineers, and construction professionals, to ensure the successful execution of solar projects
- As a critical member of a fast-growing team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship and exposure to plan production, project financials, client interactions and business development
- 4 years experience with a civil engineering design firm
- Bachelors or Masters from an ABET accredited university in the field of Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Experience utilizing software programs for general structural analysis
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
