    • The 12 hour shifts and real time off support a sustainable, rewarding emergency medicine career.
    Provide full-spectrum Emergency Medicine care in a fast-paced, high-acuity CAH emergency department that averages approximately 900 visits per month. Manage a broad range of emergency presentations, with access to on-call specialists, diagnostics, imaging, and rapid transfer pathways. Collaborate with a supportive team of ER nurses, hospitalists, EMS professionals, and ancillary departments. Benefit from efficient workflows, modern EMR, and streamlined clinical processes. Opportunity for additional hours at premium rates for physicians seeking higher earning potential. Financial Stability & Growth
    • Opportunities to take on Urgent Care and additional ER shifts at an elevated rate.
    Comprehensive Support
    • Work with experienced nursing, EMS, and ancillary teams in a well equipped ER with strong administrative support.
    Competitive, Predictable Compensation
    • Nationally Competitive salary with increased rate for all hours worked above 144 per month Robust Benefits Package $40,000 relocation bonus, $5,000 for CME, strong healthcare benefits, quality based bonuses, and potential federal and state student loan forgiveness.
