- User lifecycle management through Active Directory and SSO platforms

- Key role in hands-on support and technical assistance within a data center environment
- Develop and design patching and automated provisioning workflows within a MDM
- Maintains server and application virtualization technologies including VMWare
- Performs a variety of duties in the monitoring, installation, testing, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software and system or application upgrades.
- Document IT procedures and system configurations, collaborating with IT team members and external vendors for smooth operations.

- 3+ years of experience in Sys Admin or above roles
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, covering networks, servers, storage, and cloud tech (such as virtualization)
- Strong knowledge of Windows networking services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks and Cisco networking
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience with Windows MDM such as Desktop Central (Manage Engine) or Microsoft Intune
- Experience with a wide range of SaaS products (Google Suite, Slack, Zapier, Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Foundational industry certifications, such as A+, CCNA, and Security+
- Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently from a remote location
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team, offering support across our Markham, Ontario office, Toronto Data Center, and to our remote employees. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise, with a strong background in networking, firewall configurations, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. This role will be responsible for the local support of the office infrastructure as well as triaging tickets in the Help Desk queue.
