    Company: National leading medical skincare aesthetics company with products sold in medical spas and dermatology offices

    Territory: Multiple State Territory with managing approximately 9 Sales professionals

    Compensation: Salary + Quarterly Commission + benefits and more

    Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within a specified region. This will primarily involve managing, planning, and executing sales strategies to gain market share within the aesthetics industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with the company's goals and objectives.
    2. Responsible for managing a sales team, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
    3. Expand the customer base and actively maintain relationships with key clients.
    4. Coordinate with marketing to optimize the product visibility and promotional strategies.
    5. Achieve sales volume and revenue targets as per company objectives.
    6. Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Customer service, and Research & Development to drive product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
    7. Maintain professional knowledge and understanding of the aesthetics industry, products, and competition.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in the medical aesthetics industry.
    • Proven track record in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
    • Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
