Description

We are seeking a Merchandiser / Junior Buyer to oversee and manage new product introductions into our company's ever-growing portfolio.

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing, sales and buying team and driving our merchandising strategy forward.

• Collaborate with management team to implement exciting category initiatives.
• Dive deep into sales trends and assist in developing strategies for growth.
• Manage the lifecycle of product categories, from markdowns to reorders.
• Assist in assortment planning, purchase order execution, and vendor communication.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating category initiatives to stakeholders.
• Embrace hands-on opportunities, including attending trade shows and supporting in-store merchandising and sales efforts.
• Use analytics tools to assess and modify product launches.

• Collaborative perspective with a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to lead projects end to end
• Experience with inventory analytical tools
• Experience with MRP/ERP software
• Strong analytical and market research skills

• 1-3 years experience in merchandising of agricultural products
