Responsibilities:

Fulfilling Shopify orders
Preparing and packing orders for shipment
Accurately tracks inventory
Ensure all orders are accurately processed into Order Entry system and follow through from order stage to order closure.
Coordinate all orders with various departments such as Finance, IT, Data Processing, Shipping and Logistics Team in resolving related issues to meet customer/staff requested ship date/ delivery date (CRSD/ CRDD).
Liaison with customer on inquiries, order status, shipping information.
Ensure that Sales Team follows Rules of Engagement in order placement.
Reviewing and analyzing work processes to identify process improvement programs.
Establish action plan with team on the improvement of processes and procedure.
Deal with lose/damage and return goods if happen.

Requirements:

Bilingual - Spanish
Experience handling busy e-commerce order fulfillment
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Impeccable customer service skills
Highly effective project management skills
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Forklift experience a plus
Experienced in communicating clearly and confidently with the staff senior management
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Position requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Team-oriented and willing to help others to get the job done

Hours : Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, with Overtime requirements on some weekends for events.
