- Solve difficult data engineering problems relating to parsing global whois data, processing large volumes of internet scan data, indexing that data so that it is searchable, and building systems to monitor these processes
- Design systems to surface intelligence and high value analytics from raw data sourced from several scanning pipelines
Mentor junior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, pair programming, and similar collaboration. - Within your first three months, you will contribute code that will improve the breadth and
- depth of what we scan across the internet
- 4+ years experience in software engineering using Python. You write scalable, maintainable, production-grade code, and you can share your skills and expertise with your teammates.
- Great problem solving capabilities and experience troubleshooting data issues.
- Proactive communication across teams to identify and solve problems and make a projectsuccessful.
- Cloud computing experience is an asset to the role.
- Elasticsearch experience is a plus, as well as work with Clickhouse / column oriented database
