Job summary
Patient Care Assistants are responsible for various tasks in the back-office and front office of a medical clinic. Their duties include escorting patients to exam rooms, documenting height, weight, blood pressure and temperature as indicated.+ Qualifications:
- At least one year of clinical practice experience preferably in an office setting.
- Must be comfortable with back-office responsibilities.
- High school Education or equivalent.
- Proof of current vaccinations including recommended boosters commonly required for those working with immunocompromised patients including measles mumps rubella varicella hepatitis A & B influenza COVID-19 + Responsibilities:
- < li > Escort patients from reception to exam room document patient's chief complaint and notify doctor when patient is ready to be seen < li > Stock exam rooms with supplies each morning clean rooms between patients < li > Maintain inventory of medical supplies completing requisitions order forms in a timely manner to ensure supplies are not depleted < p >< br >< h3 > Back Office Responsibilities:
