Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Implementation Manager to join our team at Trustmark. As an Implementation Manager you will orchestrate and oversee the entire implementation process for new cases and re-enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages case implementation project plans for each new and re-enrolled case.
- Conducts product and technology platform enrollment training for key agencies brokers producers Participates in VIP Finalist Meetings Demonstrates solid knowledge of Trustmarks products services technology platforms Displays base understanding interdependencies relationships with other internal partners Establishes self producers clients enrollment partners as Trustmarks single point contact all case set up enrollment activities Minimum Requirements Minimum three years insurance industry knowledge experience operations account management Four year degree equivalent Ability travel percent assigned territory Strong project management skills Presenting training experience Possesses excellent interpersonal communications skills verbal written good presence strong team player encouraging diplomatic flexible ability listen well persistent patient endeavour fully understand customer needs Ability work independently make decisions consistent divisional objectives handle conflict minimal oversight
