    Position: Data Architect

    Location: Las Vegas, NV or Orlando, FL (Onsite from Day 1)

    Contract Duration: 6+ months with possibility of extension

    Experience: 10+ years

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect with a strong background in data architecture and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design, implement, and manage effective databases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and build robust and scalable data architecture systems.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate them into a Business Requirements Document (BRD).
    • Define and implement scalable and secure data architectures on the Azure platform, Databricks and Boomi.
    • Translate business problems into technical solutions and architectural documents.
    • Ensure the security, integrity, operation of all data systems.
    • Develop and maintain data models, database schemas, and data integration workflows.

    Interview process: coding test + client interview

    Required Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
    • Cloud Expertise:
    • Work closely with sales and business development teams, providing Azure Technical Architecture expertise during client engagements.
    • Design and develop cloud-based data architectures across various components:
    • Network, storage, and Big Data Platform Services.
    • Serverless architectures and the Hadoop ecosystem.
    • Vendor products, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
    • Security considerations.
    • Proficiency in:
    • Azure Cloud Platform
    • SQL Server
    • TSQL
    • SSIS
    • Boomi
    • Databricks
    • Alteryx
    • Google Cloud Platform data Engineering platforms
    • Python scripting
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
    • Experience in gathering requirements and drafting BRD documents.
    • 5+ years of experience architecting technical solutions for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 clients.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies, methodologies, and market offerings relevant to clients.
    • Adapt existing methods to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
