- Supervising and scheduling workload for a team of employees to meet departmental goals.
- Monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to meet customer commitments.
- Maintaining compliance to statement of work to specific customer purchase orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Providing guidance on inspection methodologies by understanding blueprints and GD&T.
- Perform inspections on a wide variety of parts utilizing 3D scan data and computer aided inspection.
- Maintaining lines of communication with customers and suppliers; including verbal and written correspondence and personal visits, when required.
- Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Engineering or Technology related field.
- Experience with ISO9000, ISO17025, AS9100 and/or NADCAP.
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop and motivate subordinates.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and create project plans.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the customer and/or management.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- GOM Inspect / ATOS / Geomagic / Polyworks / NX experience preferred.
- Understanding of Gage R&R principals, Measurement Uncertainty.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder') Political Asylee, or Refugee.
