    Summary:

    Financial Analyst for the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team will assist in developing and analyzing month-end, Quarter-end, and year-end results.

    This person will also play a key role in the development and updating of the monthly forecast as well as the annual budgeting.

    Success in this role will depend on this persons ability to work with little direction, provide ideas on how to improve processes, and ensure accuracy of the data and analysis.

    This is a cross-functional role; therefore, the success of this individual will also depend on their ability to create relationships with department heads across the organization.

    The position is a key partner in the organization to help drive management decisions through analytical analysis, KPIs and data driven reporting by working directly with the Director of FP&A.Salary is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually, depending on experience.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Creates and analyses monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately with corporate systems.
    Support preparation and distribution of monthly, financial statements, management reports and analysis.
    Assists with financial forecasting (revenue, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and annual budgeting process.
    Maintain, monitor, and improve sales reporting and analytics to drive business decisions.
    Provide support to Accounting team with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close.
    Provide guidance to other departments on OPEX and related matters
    • Provide timely and accurate accounting information to internal stakeholders on ad hoc basis.
    Provide support for internal and external audits.
    Partner with Director, FP&A, CFO and cross-departmental teams on ad-hoc projects and departmental goals.
    Establish relationships with leaders across the organization.
    Assist in the annual development of the Business Plan and Budgets.
    Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Prior experience in an FP&A role.
    Advance knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, business modeling and CRM.Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related business field.

    Qualifications:
    Knowledge of NetSuite ERP or similar ERP system preferred.
    Knowledge of Adaptive Insights or similar Enterprise Planning Management tool (Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.) preferred.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    At least 18 years of age.

    Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.3+ years of experience.

    Self-starter, ability to work with little direction and take a project from start to finish.
    Strong hands-on experience in complex financial modeling, problem solving, analysis and planning.
    Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to analyze the overall business impact.
    Previous experience managing and leading a team.
    Ability to project manage and drive progress forward.
    Strong written communication and verbal skills.
    Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, establish department/discipline goals and objectives.
    Computer literacy required, including advanced skills in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed.
