- Assists physicians in basic patient care tasks like taking vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens, including phlebotomy. Supports providers during examinations and procedures, helps with patient flow, answers calls, schedules appointments, and documents patient information.
- Handles medication refills, administers medications per provider order, maintains cleanliness of exam rooms and equipment, orders supplies, performs clerical duties, attends meetings, training sessions, and other assigned tasks.
