    Transportation/Logistics Coordinator

    - $21-$24/hour A company in the Conroe/The Woodlands area is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments, freight documentation, and transportation scheduling.


    This full-time position requires excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail while supporting daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.


    Interested candidates, please send updated resumes to: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Coordinate transportation of products via ground, air, and ocean for domestic and international shipments.

    Schedule pickups and deliveries, obtain trucking quotes, and monitor shipment timelines and costs.

    Review shipping documents such as airway bills and seaway bills for accuracy.

    Handle domestic freight claims and support internal freight requests across departments.

    Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for internal teams and external customers.

    Create commercial and proforma invoices for customs clearance.

    Process freight billing through SAP and ensure accurate coding of vendor invoices.

    Review freight costs to verify accuracy before payment processing.

    Provide administrative and clerical support including spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and shipment documents.

    Answer phone inquiries, manage filing systems, handle complaints, and track activities for billing.

    Perform additional logistics and administrative duties as assigned by leadership.

    Required Skills:
    Strong communication and customer-service skills.

    Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagrammatic instructions.

    High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

    Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

    Ability to manage large volumes of paperwork and documentation.

    Experience & Education Required:
    High school diploma required.

    1–3 years of directly related logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferred.
