Experience Six more years relevant technical service-related industry experience high-complexity laboratory blood bank setting four more years supervisory managerial experience in in-laboratory environment Preferred Qualifications Experience as an AABB Assessor for Immunohematology Reference Laboratories Red Cell Molecular Testing plus Master degree at least two years pertinent clinical laboratory experience subsequent qualifying at least two years spent working in clinical have director doctoral level Licenses Certification New York State Clinical Technologist license required SBB certification required Knowledge Expert knowledge of Immunohematogy Transfusion Medicine science practices Advanced knowledge current techniques technology beyond immunhematology reference
