- Patient therapy and education to develop and maintain high standards of quality nutritional care
- Coordination of nutritional care with other clinical support staff for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
- To supervise the nutritional aspects of patient care and assure that quality of nutritional care is provided for all patients and residents
- Responsible for directing the work flow of clinical support staff
- Complies with personnel policies as well as state and local regulations
- Provides input and helps establish department policies and procedures.
