    Greetings to you, seeking a Junior AWS Cloud Engineer, Junior with a year of experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of AWS cloud
    infrastructure solutions.

    • Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy and configure cloud services
    according to best practices.

    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    • Automate tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
    • Document processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
    • Stay updated on AWS technologies and best practices.
    • Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency by implementing best practices
    and monitoring resource utilization.

    • Maintain AWS resources using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC,
    Lambda, Opensearch, and Terraform.

    • Automate deployment and configuration management processes using AWS
    CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, OctopusDeploy, and other DevOps
    tools.

    • Ensure the security of AWS resources by implementing IAM roles, security
    groups, and VPC configurations in compliance with industry standards.


    • Monitor and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, addressing performance,
    availability, and security issues.

    • Assist in disaster recovery planning and conduct routine backup and data
    retention tasks.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services and
    infrastructure. 1 full year as minimum.

    • AWS certification(s) is a plus but not required.
    • Experience in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
    • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS
    CloudFormation.

    • Basic experience with Linux
    • Basic experience with DevOps tools and practices, including continuous
    integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

    • Good understanding of security best practices in AWS, including IAM, security
    groups, and VPC configuration.

    • Good experience with Containerization and building docker images and
    running and troubleshooting docker containers.

    • Experience with monitoring cloud based hosts and environments with stringent
    SLAs

    • Experience with HIPAA or SOC2 compliance would be a plus
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
