- Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the specific speech and language needs of students.
- Develop and execute individualized speech therapy plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students' unique munication challenges.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to enhance students' academic and social success.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment, whether in person or online.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- Previous experience as an SLP within a school-based or pediatric setting.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
- Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services, petitive hourly rates.
- Weekly paychecks.
