Currie & Brown is currently looking for a HR Assistant for our Princeton, NJ office. This position will be on-site Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday. The successful candidate will assist with general HR support and the onboarding of new employees. She/he will be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include

• :Support on-boarding and off-boarding. Conduct background checks using ADP Select, including ordering drug screenings, verifying education and conducting reference checks
• .Assist in college recruitment
• .Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of HR data like employee demographics, turnover rate, and training KPIs to generate HR reports
• .Support in payroll
• .Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation for all employees in Microsoft SharePoint
• .Maintain in-house Agresso HRIS system
• .Getting involved with social values such as networking with local communities' and colleges
• .Supporting with other ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks as needed
