Responsibilities:
Develop and produce detailed construction plans and documents using AutoDesk or Bentley design software(s)
Conduct studies, prepare reports, and create technical specifications, regulatory permits, and construction estimates
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes
Implement innovative roadway design strategies to optimize user experience and safetyEssential
Job Functions:
Minimum of a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field from an accredited school
Licensed Professional Engineer in MN or with the ability to obtain MN licensure within 6 months
4+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer in transportation design
Proven proficiency in AutoDesk or Bentley design software(s)
Strong work ethic, enthusiastic attitude, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other design software(s)
Extensive knowledge of transportation design standards and best practices
Experience in developing construction plans, technical specifications, and regulatory permits
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
