    FP&A Director

    We're looking for a seasoned FP&A leader to own and scale our Financial Planning & Analysis function. The ideal candidate will build the company's performance operating rhythm, increase forecast confidence, and provide executive-level insights that drive decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owning the monthly forecasting process, including governance, assumptions, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
    • Building scalable financial models in Causal that connect bookings → revenue → cash, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis (growth, pricing, capacity headcount margin).
