    $50,000 annual base with lofty commission structure

    Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Recruiter and Business Development Specialist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive recruiting and a strong aptitude for generating new business opportunities.

    In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier executive talent for our clients while also cultivating relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Executive Recruiting:


    Utilize various sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online job boards to identify and attract top executive talent.

    Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake meetings with clients to candidate placement and onboarding.

    Build and maintain a network of executive-level candidates to proactively meet client needs.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.


    Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to understand their talent needs and business objectives.

    Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.

    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients that showcase our services and value proposition.

    Negotiate contract terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.


    Relationship Management:
    Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, follow-up, and exceptional service delivery.

    Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

    Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients or candidates to ensure a positive experience and successful outcomes.

    Leverage client feedback and market insights to continuously improve our services and offerings.


    Reporting and Analytics:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities in the CRM system.

    Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to track performance against goals and identify areas for improvement.

    Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing recruitment activities, business development efforts, and outcomes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree is beneficial, but not required

    Proven experience in executive recruiting and business development within the staffing or recruitment industry is helpful, but not required

    Strong knowledge of executive search techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

    High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

    Proficiency in Bullhorn, SalesForce or any CRM and ATS system preferred


    Pay Details:
    $50,000.00 per year
