    Magnify is searching for a Marketing Guru - someone who will be able to take our Client's new program to the next level The Marketing Director will be tasked with building out and executing a new program within the B2B space, taking the existing ideas and vision and creating a detailed plan to then bring to life.

    This individual will be responsible for creating and developing a comprehensive online experience for small to mid-sized companies, focusing on UX and the customer journey while maintaining a cohesive brand image.

    You will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth.

    You will work cross-functionally with other teams and individuals to accomplish this goal

    The anticipated timeline is 6+ months and may result in a full-time position with the successful completion of this projectAnticipated 40/hrs a weekThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid setting, coming into the office 3 days / weekResponsibilitiesTake the existing ideas and vision of this exciting program and bring it to life, creating a detailed blueprint and plan to do soFocus on the comprehensive Brand and Customer Journey of Small to Mid-Size business customersDetermine target audiences and the most effective way to reach themFollow and understand industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the gameWork closely with the Sales Team to help acquire and retain customers through marketing tacticsAnalyze and track performance marketing performance metricsUtilize a variety of digital marketing channels and toolsCollaborate with internal and external clients and partnersOther responsibilities as deemed necessaryQualifications10+ Years Marketing experienceDemonstrated experience in a B2B marketDemonstrated success in building out a project or brand from start to finish (examples will be requested)Excellent leadership and communication skillsGeneral understanding of web development, HTML, CSS etc.

    Proven experience building lead generating programs and strategiesPrevious experience launching new products or services, driving revenue growthFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
