    As an Intermediate Healthcare Analyst, you will provide analytic support for Medicas risk adjustment programs.

    You will develop your understanding of Medicare, ACA and Medicaid risk adjustment programs while utilizing business intelligence, analytics and financial analysis to improve results for these populations.

    You will work on projects including risk score and revenue forecasting, coding accuracy, program operations, program evaluation (ROI and effectiveness) and more.

    The position is within our Enterprise Analytics department that provides analytic support to the entire company and includes teams focused on business intelligence & reporting, data governance, advanced analytics, risk adjustment analytics, quality measurement, trend & affordability analytics, employer reporting, pharmacy analytics and provider reporting.


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a similar field.

    3 years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:

    Experience with at least one programming language (SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc.)Experience working with Medicare, ACA, or Medicaid risk adjustment.


    Analytical expertise:
    data manipulation, financial and statistical analysis, visualization, reporting.

    Curiosity and a learning mindsetAbility to independently solve problemsExperience working with healthcare administrative data (medical claims, enrollment, pharmacy claims, provider data)This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office, Minnetonka, for applicable heads-up work.
