*Position Summary:Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Prepare patients for Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab Sessions
Provides patients with detailed cardiac and pulmonary education and helps patients establish goals for better quality of life.
Interviews new clients for Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab services when ordered by a physician.
Educate clients to follow appropriate exercise level.
Monitor and Document patient assessments, education and progress each visit.

Director - Cardiac-Pulmonary & Neurodiagnostic

*Minimum Education*Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required
*Required Skills*Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer skills required.

State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure - Required
*Minimum Work Experience*Must have minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience. Must have critical care experience. Cardiac Rehab experience preferred. Experience in clinical education preferred.
