    Hiring Talent & Workplace Coordinator (6-Month Fixed-Term) supporting recruiting efforts across various units serving onsite resource workplace experience shared between Talent Acquisition team Workplace Experience team reporting directly into Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst indirect line Director Workplace Operations this role requires five days per week office based a parking lunch stipend provided.

    Collaborate recruiters hiring managers exceptional candidate experience schedule interviews maintain data integrity applicant tracking system ATS play integral part achieving hiring goals serve day-to-day point contact onsite needs backup Workplace Experience team support daily operations respond workplace tickets triage resolve escalate well-functioning office environment fill reception desk greet visitors manage building access provide professional first impression Guilds office general operational needs around the office coordinate vendors supplies assist space setup meetings events maintain common areas special projects assignments as needed.
