    We are on the lookout for a Licensed Nurse to join our expanding team as we grow our services in new and existing markets.

    • Work directly with patients to help them regain independence and achieve health goals

    Position: Licensed Nurse - Home Health

    Responsibilities:

    • Work collaboratively with the RN to provide patient care
    • Ensure all patient needs are met
    • Deliver high-quality care
    • Document care accurately in our system
    • Promote a culture of caring and teamwork

    Skills Needed:

    • Compassionate and results-oriented
    • Self-motivated and solution-driven
    • Inspire and motivate patients
    • Comfortable working independently
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
    • Tech-savvy, experience with HCHB is a plus

    Requirements:

    • Current Vocational/Practical Nurse License
