    Position Title:
    Production Specialist Technician


    Department:
    Engineering

    Reporting to:
    Engineering Coordinator

    Pay Range:
    $27.50+

    Position Mission

    • The position is responsible for maintaining the production line and auxiliar equipment, keeping them working properly, in order to ensure production efficiency, quality targets and meeting customer requirements

    Position Main Responsibilities:
    Provide an efficient and effective maintenance service for the production line and auxiliary equipment;
    Ensure that production line and auxiliar equipment are working properly, repairing them whenever necessary;
    Have a good understanding of

    mechanical/electrical/pneumatic

    drawings, designs and specifications;
    Know the replacement spare parts procedure in order to get the correct parts in case of machine breakdown;
    Have strong skills for problem solving at machine breakdown troubleshooting and root cause investigation, also proposing

    modifications/improvements

    to avoid the same failure mode in the future;
    Correctly fill out the machine breakdown service orders for each intervention
    Support the implementation of improvement projects in the production process
    Support the introduction of new products/processes in the production process
    Comply with all applicable EHS requirements;
    Apply the 7S rules;


    Education required:

    • High school and above
    • Electrical certificate

    Experiences required:

    • More than three years of experience in maintenance and operating with high automated production lines
    • Experience in
    modifications/improvements

    in the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic areas


    • Spare parts management
    Metrology/measuring

    devices


    Operation of lathe, milling, grinding, CNC and other mechanical machining equipment is desirable.


    Technical Skills Required:
    Robotics, automation, assembly, and their uses in manufacturing processes
    Troubleshooting Machine Breakdowns
    Spare Parts Management
    PLC/HMI programming
    Camera programming
    Robot programming


    • 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings
    • Monday-Friday, Weekends/Overtime as Needed
    2nd Shift: 3:50 PM - 12:00 AM
    3rd Shift: 11:50 PM - 8:00 AM
