    Huzzle Cold Caller & Appointment Setter

    At Huzzle, we connect Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with in-house roles at top companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We're not an outsourcing agency we place you directly with startups, scale-ups, agencies, and enterprises where you're treated as a true team member.

    As a Cold Caller & Appointment Setter, your core responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. You'll focus on engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers playing a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage B2B prospects
    • Qualify leads based on need, budget, and buying readiness
    • Book appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team
    • Maintain accurate records in CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers on targeting and messaging
    • Provide feedback to improve cold calling scripts and outreach strategy
    • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked
