    Your Role:

    The HRIS Analyst supports day-to-day maintenance and enhancement activities of RCP's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), focused on UKG for Time & Attendance. This role collaborates with HR team members and IT. The ideal candidate is a professional with exemplary problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to pivot if work is reprioritized. This position reports to the HRIS Manager.     You will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform day-to-day tasks in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Collaborate with manager and HR team members to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users in UKG and ADP Vantage.
  • Generate & refine recurring and ad hoc reports for HR, operational teams, and internal and external audit.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, documentation of system configurations and customizations, and an accurate data dictionary.
  • Document and test system upgrades, enhancements, or integration to ensure adequate information security, data integrity, and expected functionality.
  • Ensure data integrity, support data audits, and maintain documentation as needed for SOX compliance.
  • Learn business analysis skills and some project management skills to organize and deliver HRIS related minor projects and system releases.
  • Support interfaces between ADP and ancillary systems.
  • Responsible for weekly reconciliations with various system feeds.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • We need you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
