Architectural Project Manager-Architectural Designer

An excellent Architectural firm located in the local Southern New Jersey area is actively seeking to add an experienced architectural professional at either the Sr Architectural Designer or Project Management level to the organization, to provide expertise for a diversity of projects. If your experience aligns with this opening, let's talk.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree
• Registration a plus
• 7-10+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer or Project Manager
• Experience mentoring, managing, oversight of direct reports
• Proficient with AutoCAD required
• Revit experience desired
• Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments
• Review production drawings and specifications
• Shop Drawings review & process
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, regularly interacting with clients, colleagues, and leadership in a team environment
