- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students in the Resource Room setting.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and services provided.
- Valid Michigan teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.
- Experience working with high school students in a Special Education setting preferred.
