- Active Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical License and OR DEA license
- Board Certification in OB-GYN
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Ability to respond within 15 minutes for emergency C-sections
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to manage inpatient and outpatient obstetric and gynecologic cases effectively
- Experience with offsite call coverage
- Prior experience in hospital-based OB-GYN services
- Familiarity with hospital protocols for OB emergencies
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years' post-residency clinical experience in OB-GYN
- Prior locum or hospital-based OB-GYN work preferred
- Must hold a valid active Ohio OR license and DEA certification
- Successful completion of hospital privileging process (est. 90 days)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
- Ability to adhere to hospital policies and response times
