Key Respoinsibilities:
Operations Management:
Direct, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
Clinical Oversight:
Ensure appropriate care delivery to patients, establish program tone reflecting organizational values, and uphold compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Serve as the designated reporter for regulatory agencies, maintaining adherence to legal requirements and standards.
Staff Supervision:
Provide clinical supervision for direct care staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to best practices.
Communication and Advocacy:
Communicate with referral sources and family members in clients' interests, maintaining confidentiality and client rights standards.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A current LCSW license.
Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the treatment team and patients.
Dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Must be 21 or older.
