Job summary

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Assistant Director of Human Resources in supporting system-wide programs.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: compliance, recruitment and retention, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation,
and employment law compliance.
  • Enters all new hires title changes status changes and terminations in Relias.
  • Monitors submission of new hire documents Conducts audit of personnel files to ensure compliance escalates issues to the Assistant Director
    of Human Resources.
  • Audits payroll and benefit entries as needed Ensures employee licensures and certifications are unexpired Ensures that performance appraisals are completed timely
    in the HCM system Handles all administrative tasks in the termination process Responds to inquiries monitors invoices and issues check requests through electronic system Prepares
    and provides necessary reports from HRIS system when needed Verifies employees have met eligibility requirements to work in this country
    that I9 forms are current completed timely accurately relevant information is entered nbsp;in HCM System Conducts recruitment effort for positions wide as needed Completes verification of employment for employees requested Assists gathering information surveys outside financial auditors Orders office supplies department when required Serves first point contact all HR inquiries relays messages appropriate personnel Supports Front Desk Reception as required Performs related duties assigned by Assistant Director HR
