Job Responsibilities:

1. Review Allegations and Complaints: Investigate and analyze allegations and complaints within the company regarding Medicare compliance.
2. Coaching and Correcting: Provide guidance and coaching to internal stakeholders to rectify compliance issues and prevent their recurrence.
3. Interactive Training: Develop and conduct interactive training sessions to educate employees on compliance standards and best practices.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with compliance departments of major insurance companies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
5. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as submitting paperwork to insurance carriers and providing support to the office and sales team.
