Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering analytical insights to support strategic decision-making within the Travel Management organization.
This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets, developing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance.
The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting Proactively perform in-depth analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Strategic Insights Translate data findings into actionable strategies that drive efficiency, revenue growth, and cost reduction. Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Process Improvement Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and implement best practices for reporting and analytics.
Project Support Lead or significantly contribute to key projects by providing analytical expertise, forecasting, and performance measurement.Performance Monitoring Track KPIs and other metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Business Development Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams to support business objectives and ensure data integrity, with the purpose of driving material efficiencies in process and/or results.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn & interact with relevant systems, datasets and leadership. Identify potential business opportunities and pursue them through analytics and creative solutions in consultation with team leadership.Route Optimization Analyze travel patterns and operational routes to identify opportunities for optimization. Develop strategies to reduce travel time, fuel costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Efficiency Planning Use data-driven forecasts to recommend schedule adjustments that improve efficiency, ensure timely delivery, and maintain balanced capacity utilization.

Previous experience in data analysis or a comparable analytical role.
Background in airline operations, aircraft routing, and/or airline revenue management.
Prior experience with Charter Air Program preferred
Experience in hospitality, travel management, or gaming industry analytics.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to effectively interact with and influence key stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Experience with SQL or other database query languages preferred.

Must be able to communicate well in person, online meetings, on the telephone and in correspondence.
Must be able to solve problems, being able to quickly identify the challenge and resolution.
Must be organized and timeline driven.
Must be driven and able to work independently in the framework of the larger project.
Physical, Mental And Environmental Demands
Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in heat in excess of 115 degrees or cold as low as 10 degrees.
Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads, and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.
Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guest and employee issues. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.About Us
