Daily Responsibilities
Perform day to day system administration including managing user profiles, system security, and system integrity
Support system upgrades and change/configuration management

Required:
Years of Experience (min)

3+ Years Experience

Required:
Degree

BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline
Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree

Preferred:
Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Administrator
ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management or other similar ServiceNow certification

Required:
Experience

At least three years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration and/or development of ServiceNow
Experience managing users, groups, roles and queues within ServiceNow
Experience supporting ServiceNow system upgrades

Required:
Clearance

Secret or ability to obtain Secret
