- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in marketing, sales or business development, with field marketing experience strongly preferred
- Marketing strategy experience including brand promotion, digital marketing, traditional marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent skills in self-starting, organization, communicating, problem solving.
- Experience in the fields of dentistry or health care preferred.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and manage budget and expenses. Strong business acumen.
- Ability to support and effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve results.
- Ability to plan, assess, communicate, and develop referral marketing strategies.
- High level of energy, adaptability, and pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Travel to various offices to ensure continuity of referral support (Approx. 70% of time spent in the field. Must own vehicle for travel, and mileage will be reimbursed).
- Oversee and work alongside D4C corporate office and agency partner to develop and evaluate paid marketing plan including prospecting, lead generation, and communications.
- Develop trust and positive relationships with referring doctors, referred patients, supported doctors and staff. Adapt and effectively communicate office changes when needed.
- Communicate and collaborate with office staff and management for planning, decision making, and project management.
- Implement and continuously improve best practice procedures and processes including but not limited to referral and patient relations/satisfaction and practice reputation.
- Utilize marketing tools and CRM to track interactions, manage accounts, identify potential contacts and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress towards goals.
- Attend and promote practices at local community events.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government laws, rules, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Position located in Fort Worth and Bekish. Local Texas travel required.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional weekend required to support local events

D4C Dental Brands is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Fort Worth MarketThis position is working Part time Monday - Thursday and Occasional Weekends.
Compensation: $30-$36 per hour and mileage
Parttime Hours: 20 hours per week
The Marketing Coordinator oversees marketing for a pediatric dental practice with three primary doctors as well as a family orthodontic practice. Primary responsibilities include overseeing marketing agency and building/maintaining referral relationships with dentists, pediatricians, community organizations and other sources to grow new patients. The Marketing Manager serves as a subject matter expert and maintains close relationships with VP of Marketing, Regional Director of Operations, Office Managers, and other staff.
The Marketing Manager engages in face-to-face meetings, presentations and networking events, utilizing a CRM system to log and track performance ensuring an excellent referral communication experience. Utilizes systems and processes which result in patient referral satisfaction, referring provider engagement, and new patient count performance. Responsible for providing referral material and collateral for referring offices, luncheons for doctor/staff introductions, oversight of marketing agency and communication with internal teams.
This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.
