Kapco Inc. is looking for a CNC Operator Weekend Shift at our Grafton, WI facility.

Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform the daily CNC machine operation including saws, drill, sander, and millSet-up the CNC and support equipmentProgram the CNC, when neededPerform quality inspections, using properly calibrated measuring devices correctly and complete quality recordsRead and interpret blueprintsTroubleshoot the machinesInitiate action to prevent non-conformance, including shutting equipment down, when necessaryFollow established set-up sheetsCreate and change setup sheets as neededClean and maintain assigned areaComplete paperwork accurately and completelyComplete Kapco's forklift certification programOther duties as assignedAbout Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
