    Integrity's 5,500 employees currently support over 420,000 independent agents who serve the needs of more than 2.As the Vice President of Market Research and Analytics at Deft Research you will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing our research department, managing a team, and actively engaging in research projects.

    This is a working leadership role, where you will lead by example and be fully responsible for your own projects while guiding and mentoring your team.

    Provide leadership and strategic direction to the research department, ensuring high-quality research outputs and effective team collaboration.

    Project Management:
    Effectively manage research projects, from client interaction to research design, data analysis, and presentation delivery.
    Utilize your expertise in survey design, data collection, and management, with a strong understanding of panel data collection.

    Statistical Proficiency/Analysis:
    Demonstrate expertise in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, Stata, and coding in SPSS syntax. Proficiency in R or Python is a plus.

    Market Research Methods:

    Employ a wide range of market research methods, including Conjoint analysis (CBC/ACBC), MaxDiff, TURF, CHAID, other multivariate methods, and segmentation.

    Showcase a history of custom studies for clients, encompassing brand health tracking, product design, pricing, and messaging.

    Data Visualization:
    Create engaging data visualizations and write compelling research reports.

    Willing to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota

    Leadership Experience:
    Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience within the field of Market Research.

    Project Management:
    Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

    Innovative Thinking:

    Ability and willingness to introduce new research approaches, statistical methods, sampling strategies, software, or data sources to advance our capabilities.
