    A large association is seeking stella individuals to manage & support all employee benefit programs for clients. Must have great communication skills and excellent knowledge of health insurance and employee benefits in the group health insurance markets. Must have California Life and Health Insurance License.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design benefit programs (health insurance, dental, vision, and life etc.)
    • Evaluate and negotiate with service providers & insurance carriers.
    • Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility.
    • Assist and support senior account manager with daily activities.
    • Manage and update online employee benefits portal using EASE program.
    • Open enrollment meetings and support
    Requirements:

    Skills

    • Must have a current California Life and Health Insurance License in good standings.
    • Proven experience as benefits administrator or related work scope
    • Solid understanding of different benefit plans (health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulations
    • Proficient in MS Office especially outlook email
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
    • Experience of EASE benefits portal a huge plus
