    Job ID 19821 – Credit Assistant

    Location: Winter Park, FL This position is onsite

    Pay: $20.00 per hour

    Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 30-minute lunch

    Type: Contract-to-hire

    Job description:
    • Manage all administrative tasks to support the Credit Department, including Credit Specialists and the Credit Manager.
    • Organize and prioritize departmental paperwork, documents, and correspondence.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and presentations as required.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to credit operations.
    • Assist in the processing and monitoring of credit applications and approvals.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline departmental workflows and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative tasks.
    Requirements:
    • Must have (1) year of administrative support
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
