- Manage all administrative tasks to support the Credit Department, including Credit Specialists and the Credit Manager.
- Organize and prioritize departmental paperwork, documents, and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to credit operations.
- Assist in the processing and monitoring of credit applications and approvals.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline departmental workflows and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative tasks.
- Must have (1) year of administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
